Piston Kolbeschmidt with overlap + 0,5 mm (compared to standard piston 40761600.) Complete piston with piston rings and stronger pin with 23 mm diameter. With piston ring carrier for connecting rod. Made for 1.8 TSFI / TFI engines with CDAA, CDAB, CDHA, CDHB engine types. Used in Audi A5, Seat Toledo, Škoda Yeti or VW Passat and others.
This piston is equipped by stronger and more durable pin (23 mm), which substitutes former version with thinner diameter (21 mm). Complete pistons Kolbenschmidt are equipped with piston rings for immediate use. Piston ring thickness: 1,2 mm, 1,2 mm and 2 mm.
Note: This piston (OE: 06H107065BF, 06H107065BS, 06H107065CP, 06H107065DF, 082277) was used in OE until 2011. It was substituted by newer piston 41197620 (OE: 06H107065DL). Pistons are identical, the only distinctions are piston rings – mainly in the wiper ring design:
- 40761620 uses 800077510050 (DSF type wiper seal – double tapered with spiral expander).
- 41197620 uses 800113810050 (SLF type wiper seal – steel lamination ring without expander).
